What’s the difference between Puzzle Packs and Memberships?
Puzzle Packs are one-time rentals with no monthly commitment.
Memberships are monthly subscriptions that let you rent puzzles throughout the month more easily.
Puzzle Packs are great for occasional puzzlers.
Memberships are best for regular puzzlers.
What if I finish my puzzles early?
You can:
- Order additional puzzles
- Purchase another Puzzle Bundle
- Upgrade your membership
What are unlimited memberships?
Unlimited memberships are designed for frequent puzzlers.
These plans allow you to request new puzzles throughout the month so you’re never without a puzzle.
I purchased a Puzzle Pack but it says I’m not a member.
Puzzle Bundles are one-time rentals and do not create a membership account.
Only subscription plans include active memberships.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be paused up to 3 times per year.
All rented puzzles must be returned before pausing your membership.
Billing Questions
Why do you keep a card on file?
A payment method is kept on file in case puzzles are:
- Not returned
- Returned damaged
- Missing multiple pieces
This helps cover replacement costs if needed.
How does billing work?
Memberships renew monthly on the same date you signed up.
Example:
If you join on September 9, your next payment will be October 9.
Annual memberships renew once per year.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime after your puzzles are returned.
If your puzzles are still in the mail, contact us and we can help.
Please note:
- Processed membership payments are non-refundable
- Partial refunds are not available for unused time
