Puzzle Packs are a pay-as-you-go rental option. You order puzzles whenever you want without a monthly commitment.

Memberships are billed monthly and allow you to easily select puzzles throughout the month without placing a new order each time.

Puzzle Packs are great for occasional puzzlers, while memberships are ideal for regular puzzle lovers.

Some memberships are designed for frequent puzzlers.

These plans allow you to request new puzzles before you finish your current ones, so you’re never without a puzzle to work on.

Puzzle Packs are one-time rentals, so they do not create a recurring membership account.

Only subscription plans create an active membership.

Yes! Memberships can be paused up to three times per year.

To pause your membership, all rented puzzles must be returned first.

Annual memberships may have different pause rules.

💳 Billing Questions

A payment method is stored in case puzzles are:

Not returned

Returned with significant damage

Missing multiple pieces

This allows us to recover the cost of replacing the puzzle if needed.

Memberships are billed on the same date each month that you originally signed up.

Example:

If you join on September 9, your next billing date will be October 9.

Annual memberships renew once per year on the signup date.

You may cancel your membership any time after your puzzles are returned.

If your puzzles are currently in the mail, simply contact us and we can assist with canceling your account.

Membership payments already processed are not refundable

Partial refunds are not available for unused time
