How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included with all puzzle rentals and memberships, and every rental includes a prepaid return label so sending your puzzle back is simple.

If you purchase a brand-new puzzle, shipping typically ranges from $8–$12 per puzzle depending on your location. The exact shipping cost will appear at checkout.

Which carriers do you use for shipping?

We ship using USPS or UPS, depending on which service offers the most efficient delivery for your location. Shipping options are selected automatically based on your ZIP code.

How do I return my puzzle rental?

Every rental order includes a prepaid return label inside the package.

Your return label may be for:

USPS

  • Drop it off at the post office
  • Hand it to your mail carrier

UPS

  • Drop it off at a UPS Store or approved UPS drop location

Shipping providers may vary depending on rates and availability, but return instructions will always be included with your package.

Does my puzzle need to arrive by the due date?

Your return simply needs to be postmarked by the due date.

Because shipping carriers don’t always notify us when a package is dropped off, we recommend emailing us if you return a puzzle within a week of the due date. A photo of your drop-off receipt works perfectly as confirmation.

Reminder emails will also be sent:

  • 1 week before the due date
  • 1 day before the due date

If you'd like to keep your puzzle longer, another rental cycle may automatically begin.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped the next business day after they are placed.

Shipping days are Monday through Friday.

 

My tracking says delivered, but I can’t find my package.

Before contacting us, please check:

  • Neighbors
  • Roommates
  • Building management or front desk
  • Hidden delivery spots around your property

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes! We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Because shipping costs are higher, there may be a small additional shipping fee added to puzzle rentals or memberships.
