Puzzle Rentals

Rental puzzles remain the property of Preloved Puzzles. Customers agree to handle puzzles with care and return them according to the provided return instructions.

Missing or Damaged Pieces

While normal wear may occur with puzzle use, customers may be responsible for replacement fees if puzzles are returned with missing pieces or significant damage beyond normal use.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping methods may vary depending on location. Return instructions and shipping labels will be provided with rental orders when applicable.

Membership Billing

If you enroll in a membership plan, your payment method will be billed automatically according to the terms of your selected plan. Memberships may be canceled once all rented puzzles have been returned.
